How Do You Get Six Pack Abs? Learn How To Get A Ripped Stomach

If you want to learn how to get a six pack then you need to find the best diet and the best workout for abs in order to achieve your goals. The problem is very few people actually understand how to properly get six pack abs because their is so much information out there that contradicts each other. It is very hard to find two trainers that agree on the best way to train abs. In this article I will share with you some tips that have been proven to work for not only me but also for just about all of my clients.
If you can follow the following three things then you will get a ripped midsection faster than you thought possible.
1 - Sharpen Up Your Nutrition
I am going to make a bold statement right now that might surprise some of you. Your nutritional habits are much more important than your workout habits when it comes to getting ripped abs. If you don't have proper nutrition you will never be able to lose all that fat that is covering your abdominal muscles. I am sure you already know by now that the more fat you have covering your abs the less visible your abs are going to be.
When you are trying to sharpen up your diet, it is important to eat plenty of fruits and veggies and drink nothing but water. Even if the drink says it has zero calories it still isn't nearly as healthy for you as water is.
2 - Don't Focus On Your Abs
When people have the goal of getting a six pack they tend to only do ab exercises. There is nothing wrong with doing ab exercises, but if you want to get an extremely ripped stomach you are going to have to focus on compound movements such as the squat and the deadlift.
The reason for this is because those compound movements hit the most muscles and the more muscles that get hit the more fat you will burn. Also, these compound movements tents to increase your metabolism so you will burn more fat even when you are just resting.
3 - Don't Forget About Cardio
Cardio can be your best friend when it comes to getting a six pack. Very few people actually perform cardio because they assume it is too hard and time consuming. However, there are plenty of different types of cardio you can do. Even just walking for 20 minutes every day on the treadmill is better than nothing.
